DEFINITION OF ORGANIZATION | ||||||||||||||||||||
The
organization is a non-Governmental, non-political and Non-Profit Organization.
It does not practice any kind of segregation or discrimination of any
kind. The head quarter is in the capital Baghdad, which has the permission
to open branches in other provinces in Iraq. Our organization registered
in Iraq with the ministry of planning under the number k 1457 the registration
was in May 2004 also we registered with UNICEF as their partner in Iraq.
The Organization has its sovereign personality as a legal entity which gives it the right to practice all legal procedures by the Law through our legal advisor to participate in activities and achieve our goals. The Organization is an Iraqi Organization that is resident in Iraq. It is governed by the laws & regulations of the Ministry of Planning & Growth Cooperation. Its financial resources come from the aid of NGO’s that support from inside and outside Iraq. Membership is possible to all children in Iraq & children all over the world since the moment of delivery to the age of 18 without any exceptions or Recognition of sex, religion, language, social class or even political opinions |
